By no means waste your time or money on this place! The website shows it as a fabulous beautiful place it is not! The rooms are dated and musty, we had dried fecal matter all over our toilet when we arrived the deck was a hot mess and the view was of a dog waste deposit that was spilling out and on the ground it stunk and was disgusting! The grounds were a mess, weeds and dandelions as tall as your knees when told to front end all they could say was we are short staffed. No extra to in room no delivery service had to walk and request it. Not worth the price or time very disappointed and will never return. The sliding glass doors were dirty and hard to open had a fire place with a presto log that only burnt the paper off, if you wanted another one it was $5… for $300 a night it’s the biggest rip off ever. Was told they would take some off the room but after checking when we got home it’s still charged on my banking account! Thank God for scented candles it smelled like mold!!!! Don’t go!

Several inconsistencies with this resort that can be easily fixed! The grounds were very peaceful and everything was conveniently attached with walking paths but the landing areas outside the rooms were very run down and musty. The room itself was large and comfortable with a nice porch but nothing really made it feel cozy. Some of the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the DJ, but the rest didn’t even barely acknowledge guests. I can’t say that we had any real complaints but our stay still left us wanting just a bit more.

Our favorite close to home getaway. The hotel, spa, restaurants, and staff are friendly, accommodating, and comfortable. Treating everyone like their favorite guests and taking those extra moments to make you feel heard and taken care of. I won't deny that maintenance is needed around the rooms, at least in the Sunrise building, but this is in no way tarnishes our experience at the hotel.

Very disappointed in the overall experience of this so called resort. There was no coffee in the lobby when we checked out when we asked about getting some they said they don't offer it. However the day before when we checked in They had coffee and muffins. There were trash bags and laundry bags sitting all outside of our room, and stayed there the entire day. It was very disgusting to look at that when you walk up to go into your room. The remote control didn't work and they told us we would have to use the TV buttons. I told them it was just the batteries or the remote control that wasn't working. They brought us batteries for the remote control but it would only turn the channels they told us we would still have to get up and turn the TV on and off and use the volume buttons on the TV. They told us we would have a log in the fireplace but there was none. When I called they told me I could come back down and get one. We had the Christmas buffet and it was amazing. However, the price was $69 a plate which I thought was outrageous. I've stayed at plenty resorts and luxurious hotels and have never paid that much for a buffet. That might have explained why we were the only people in there for the entire 3 hours we were there. I was not offered a snack bag or 500 points or thanked for being a diamond member. The customer service had a lot to be desired. The next day we stayed at the Columbia Inn Best Western and by far had a much better experience beautiful views and excellent customer service!
