Review is for the Petsmart Hotel. Our 3 dogs got kennel cough, fleas & one had a really red eye when we picked him up that is now infected. On top of the cost of boarding 3 dogs for 2 nights, now we have to pay for 3 vet visits, more flea medications, kennel cough medication and meds for the eye problem. I feel terrible for our dogs and wish we had never boarded them here.

Helpful staff and Managers. They do price matching, so there is no need for me to buy online to avoid possible delivery issues. Sign up for a free membership and they email you discount offers often. Today, Kim helped me with return and it was painless. While she was helping me, the phone was ringing off the hook, so she answered it and helped the caller to confirm stock availability and hold the items. She was also compassionate about my pet's condition. The check out line could be long at times, but with good services they have, I would not mind the wait.

It's alright. They have a good variety of products for all types of pets. With that said, some sections were kind of bare ... I'm hoping it's due to having trouble getting shipments. Due to pricing ending in .98 or .99, I was 2 cents short. I had to spend an extra dollar to make up the 2 cents deficit so I could redeem a $5 off $40 coupon. Normally I spend more, so it wouldn't be a problem, but this time I had to find something for 2 cents, but there wasn't anything under a buck I could find for my cat.

This Petsmart is very organized. It is not hard to find what you are looking for here. I shopped here for my dog and ended up buying him balls to play with. Balls are his favorite toy and I got a dozen from here.! They also sell Halloween costumes for your pets during the season. It's not just the dogs and cats they have costumes for. They also have costumes for hamsters, guinea pigs, and etc. the only problem about this store is sometimes the line gets to long that the store gets crowded.
