Never ever go here. The 3 girls at the cashier were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not welcoming when we walked in and were not helpful. I bought something online and they were not helpful when doing the return. Carter’s online is amazing but this location has terrible workers. If you have issues with an order online and come here to fix it just be aware they’re not gonna help you.

The manager is very unfriendly and rude. Sometimes she charged more for discount clothing already marked on sale with obviously yellow tags on it.

Came in and workers there ignored me not even a hi!!! Needed help and all ladies gossiping and they don't care about customers. Husband ask for help and the lady had a very bad attitude. I just go there bc i love baby's clothing but obviously employees don't know anything about customer service... i think im going to try another location

Usually have a good selection of clothes both boys & girls clothes. They are great at taking your returns. I always have my receipt though. They have a small table for kids to color and play while you shop. . .

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
