I’ve been to many building departments for multiple different reasons and sunny isles is by far the smoothest to work with. Very organized, efficient and clerks Andrea, Michelle and Terrence are always super helpful and patient. If I could only work with sunny isles it would make my life a lot easier.

Need to pick up a permit. It’s ready and the process take 5 minutes. I Log in to the website and the next appointment is 30 days away. Seriously?

Nice city but no food restaurants... All crappy places... Nothing good like Aventura... 1 or 2 places to eat good food
