Catastrophic service. Valet if I could rate 0 I would rate it that way. I have never had a worse approach and communication. Very bad and devastating for a building like this that the service is so bad.

One The valet latino guy makes life complicated for divery drivers. He does not realize that with that behavior, he is impacting negatively the service to the residents of that tower.

Excellent customer service,staff very professional,close to malls,restaurants and more attraction in the area,large dock ,valet service and many amenities,beautiful view,cool restaurant in the pool area
