Stayed here at the AirBnb and the views are absolutely spectacular! Fell in love with the area. However the valet service is an absolute nightmare! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We've had to wait for the car to be brought down for up to 1 hour! We've missed restaurant reservations twice, because of these slow, incompetent, poorly trained staff members. Also the hallways on the apartment floors are outdated, smelly and not up to par with the lobby. Elevators are very slow, too. I would not stay here again.
