My mother took tofu in for me while I was working. She had never been there before and didn’t really know everything that tofu was there for. That wasn’t a problem at all. The staff was very friendly and made her feel comfortable. If they had any questions that she couldn’t answer they gave her unpressured time to call me so I could give her any information the team needed. They explained everything very clearly where she was able to let me know exactly how the visit went and the notes the vet gave her. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my mother was treated and how tofu was treated.

Loving Hands was able to not only help me with my exotic pet emergency but also made sure to follow up and continue to take care of her. They made a terrifying situation into something manageable all with a smile on their faces, you can really tell everyone here cares for animals of all kinds and i’m so grateful to go to them.

I love the staff here, they are so kind and caring. They diagnosed my cat's CKD in 2020 and gave me an extra year and a half with her. When it came time to put her to rest they had a private room just for that purpose. They were extremely respectful and explained the process well. For someone that has never had a to put a pet to sleep I was so worried because I've heard horror stories but the doctor showed such compassion during the process. Thank you!
