Chicken legs was good but the chicken stripe are dry and not good. Like it's been there for over 2-3 hrs.

I’ve been here twice and both times I had Bad service (very rude) , super slow lines inside or thru drive through. First time I was their only customer and I was waiting for over 15 mins to get any help , they just looked up at me and looked down like if I wasn’t even there.

Very rude staff. It's only this location I have issues with. Two times in a row now I've left unhappy because the staff is rude. First time, the lady who was taking my order wouldn't stop rushing me (even though I was the only person in line). I simply asked for a few minutes to look at the menu, but within 30 seconds she was trying to finish the transaction. This time, I was blatantly made fun of by the woman taking my order for paying with quarters. With the drive thru window open, she called her friend over and loudly proclaimed that I paid with quarters while laughing. On top of the sheer rudeness, they also did not prepare my Nashville Chicken Sandwiches properly. I've included a picture; they basically didn't add any sauce. This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, and most likely won't be returning unless something is done about the customer service.
