There are not enough stars to give this company! I called Derek with Jaken Medical in regards to our GE Case System that was down. The same day Derek had the parts that we believed were the problem overnighted to our office. After receiving and installing the parts, Taiso the service tech, who I mind you had the patience of a saint spent an endless amount of time with me trying to get our system up and running. Unfortunately, our system required a different part and Derek was on top of it and again had the part overnighted to me and I received it the next morning. Upon receiving another part I spoke with Mac another service tech, who was also very friendly and very patient. Mac walked me through programming the machine and also walked me through calibrating our treadmill via facetime, and finally after one more call with Taiso our system was up and running. The professionalism, customer service, and knowledge that these 3 gentleman displayed was above and beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time. I will definitely be using them for any future purchases. Again thank you Derek, Taiso, and Mac!
