I had the pleasure of having Britney for my facial and Victoria for my massage both were very, very, very, very good. Both were very knowledgeable and they listened well and they made me feel fantastic! I enjoy giving reviews when it's warranted. But I was hesitant to give a review because I don't want them to get booked up🥺 and I can't get an appointment 😂but I think everybody should enjoy them. Keep up the very much appreciated & awesome work ladies. Massage Envy should know that they have some very dedicated and valuable employees in both of you.

The staff was fast getting us checked in. The place was also nice and clean. The misuse was AMAZING. She got all the important areas and made sure I was taken care of.

Very disappointed in this location. I booked a same day appointment because I was in a lot of pain. I received a positive COViD test result about an hour before my appointment. When I called to reschedule they said they would have to charge me to reschedule. They didn’t care that I had COVID. I could have made the appointment and exposed everyone, but in an effort to keep everyone safe I tried rescheduling. I was planning to pay with a 60 min massage gift card. They said I could use the gift card to cover the cancellation; but it would no longer be valid. The end result is I lose my gift card ($75), get no massage, for circumstances out of my control. Very disappointing!!! And my family loses their money they spent on the gift card. I will never book with them again. After reading reviews sounds like they’re more about $ than client retention and customer service.
