Horrible attitude and no accountability for his own promise. I got a flat and call his shop for help around 10 AM. Tells me to bring the truck in and he'll get me back on the road. My truck arrives around noon and his attitude is dismissive and tells me he can't change out 1 tire for the rest of the day. Threatened to get my truck towed when he didn't like where the tow guy dropped the truck (even though I asked where it should go). Argued with me for about 5 minutes about the promise he made to me knowing i live an hour away and was basically stranded. Ended up changing my tire manually right in front of the shop myself.

Sydney (Syd) has been in the tire business for more than 30 years. Couple of things you get from Syd: 1) Syd will shoot straight with you. He is going to recommend you get new tires instead of using used because they are safer. He will sell you used tires if you insist, but he'll tell you new is better and safer 2) he'll work with you. I wanted a used tire to buy myself time before buying new. I walked out with 4 new tires and 3 months to pay them off. I can't ask for more. 3) he sold me four tires with 2-year road hazard warranty (i got the hercules), lifetime rotation and balance for about $300 cheaper than most other places 4) new tire clients will come first. He's polite about it but firm. and he's no -nonsense. Love it. 5) no frills. which means no waste fee, no service fee (other than application fee). he's a small business owner but he's not going to nickel and dime you at all. I can't recommend him enough.

Syd is Awesome. I came in to get one used tire but had no clue how bad all 4 tires were. He literally helped save my Life because my tires were on the brink of a blowout. He offered very quick and easy financing so I wasn't overwhelmed with the cost. Very nice and positive experience. I am recommending to everyone in need of tire service!
