We bought a Volkswagen Taos at Mossy Volkswagen this week with the great help of Dominic Rippo (Sales) and Frank Parto (Finance). The process was smooth and easy. Since we are non US citizens, we thought the process of buying a car in the US would be very difficult, but with the help (and patience) of Dominic and Frank, it was very easy. We are picking up the car today and can’t wait to start driving our new car. Thanks again Dominic and Frank for the excellent service!

My last car was totaled and I have been in the market for a new car. I’ve always had Subarus so I felt like I was cheating on them by going to Volkswagen, but I really love the little golf hatchbacks and I had been considering one. I found one online at this dealership and came in to test drive it…3 hours later I walked out with the keys! Haha Everyone from the sales person, Angelica, who was not pushy AT ALL. Kindest, most calm salesperson I’ve ever met, to Frank in finance were amazing. Frank really made the experience so pleasant. It’s never easy to talk about money and after being on hold with my bank for like 10 minutes, he was Very understanding and offered me a fair deal which in the long run will actually help my credit. I’m Very hesitant adding on warranties and extras but he was logical and offered a convincing argument for why some things are important, and I feel more at peace with my car knowing I’m protected. Overall, easy experience and I don’t feel robbed or taken advantage of which is awesome when buying a new car and spending big $$$

Brenden was awesome and attentive. Down to earth salesman. Frank in financing was wonderful. Great personality that will bring laughs and lightness to the car buying process. They both managed to get us in a great vehicle in a very timely manner, while still being informative. We felt very comfortable the entire process, not pushed or pressured. Highly recommend!
