Made an appointment to have an alignment done. Told staff I would be waiting on-site. I check-in after 3 hours and I am told by the “manager” to sing a couple more songs (I brought guitar) and the car would be done. 2 hours later Zachary come to tell me my car won’t be done today, Wednesday, but that I’ll have to come back Friday. I live one hour away, on Palomar Mtn. Called Firestone and I’m getting right in so I’m lucky. They could have communicated with me at any time during my 5 hour visit, they didn’t. One star.

On 17JUL22. I bought my car for my appointment at 10 AM. They were pretty busy that day and despite not having more than one mechanic to work on all the rest of the cars/all the cars for that day. Mike who ended up doing my brakes was able to get my car before they closed at 6PM on that Sunday. They were extremely helpful and professional. I was able to get what I needed and wi be bringing my car for my next oil change soon. Also: they are not only professional but honest in everything they do. I contacted a different location (NOT a Pep Boys Location) but another local business in the area and they were trying to get my to change my rotors when all I needed was the brake pads and the rotors to be re-serviced. So I paid $200+ rather than paying about $400 at this other location. Definitely trust them and thankful for the honesty and great work they do for their customers.

I went to Pep Boys Escondido, California for tires, it's price was unbeatable, thanks guys! Zachary was very polite and Jesus the technician was careful and professional changing the tires. Thank you! I waited for my car and meanwhile I had to use the restroom and by my surprise, it was very dirty. The floor, the amount of used paper in the trash, wow, looks like that had not been cleaned for a very long time. I would have given 5 stars but the restroom was disappointing and unsanitary.

Big Mike and Zachary have the best customer service around. Even when they couldn’t service my car they gave me all the information I needed to get it done later or at another Pep Boys location. Could not be more appreciative of how helpful they were.
