Very organized and efficient as well as clean facility. Oscar at the front desk was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He recommended a comparable tire replacement for the one unrepairable due to a nail puncture near the sidewall. The other three tires were still fairly new and did not need to be replaced. Price was very competitive and very reasonable with the labor and other charges.

I have a rule against giving 5 stars; so the fact that this crew gets 4 I hope means quite a bit. The crew at Evan Tire off Hacienda in Vista, CA has been great. Straight forward, works with you, great customer service, and quality products for a good price. Highly recommend to all needing some new shoes for your vehicles. Thanks guys!!

Eric the service manager got us in quickly. We left our car there for like three hours. When the car was done Eric called us to let us know it was ready. Actually he called us twice because he was not sure if we got his first message. Right there it’s great Customer Service!! So we went to pick the car up but Eric was busy with another customer. Now Jason helped finished the transaction of us paying for the work being done on our car. I asked Jason some questions and he answered all of them with his knowledge!! We were happy with the service. I recommend anyone to go get service at Evans Tires!!

I have been a loyal customer at this Evans location since 2007, they have consistently treated me as there number one customer.
