I'm not a big auto person, but I'm also not totally useless when it comes to taking care of my cars and trucks. But every time i pop in here, they know what I need and help me get what I want. This visit was for a new battery, which only took a minute to find and another 5 to change. Easy peasy.

2nd to the worst experience I've had at an auto parts store. I made an online order in the late AM, and no email all day to pick up. I was making my rounds at 730pm, and decided to stop by. They didn't have it ready and then their stock was not correct and what was initially suppose to be a quick and easy pickup turned into a half hour ordeal. There's always a line at almost any parts store, so it's a luck of the draw...thought online order would be the secret. Nope it's not.
