If you’re wanting to sell your car and get top dollar, come and see Kameron! She was amazing to work with! She was fair and patient. Paperwork was easy and I was given a check right away. I was definitely hesitant going to another dealership due to very bad experiences with low balling but this was actually great!

Vista Honda is the best in North County... Omar is the best service advisor I have ever had.. I will continue to take all my cars there.. Omar always goes above and beyond to help and my family.. Always a pleasure to go and get oil change or any else I need.. Omar is the best!!!!!!

It’s not easy buying a car during these times, as most places do not have inventory. I had visited several dealerships through out North County and by far this place was the best. My family and I were greeted promptly. We were helped by Oscar Ortega. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable and someone that has your best interest this is the guy you need to ask for. He gave us a memorable experience, being very interactive with my kids. We walked in with very low expectations and we walked out with a new car and a friend. I definitely will be recommending my family and friends.

Shady Finance Department (Kathy and Todd) Kathy in Finance aggressively sold me an extended warranty after I declined multiple times on my end. The EW was supposed to cover me for 60,000 miles after the factory warranty on my car and was only $1500, so I accepted it. A year and a half after I purchased the car I took the car into the dealer for a recall and had them check a couple other things that were going on (since I was covered under extended warranty). I dropped my car off and and they fixed the recall and ran diagnostics on the other issues. The dealer found issues and called the extended warranty 3rd party which I had bought to get it taken care of to find that the warranty I purchased only covered 10,000 miles after factory warranty and I was past that by only a couple hundred miles. So I was sold a false extended warranty. I was also humiliated at the dealer which I was at and had to pay $398 in diagnostic tests and left with no repairs done to my car. What a slap across the face! It took me over a week of calling multiple times a day to finally get ahold of anyone in the finance department (Kathy never did return voice messages). Todd, who is the finance manager was finally tracked down by the receptionist and took my call. It took him another week to get back to me and made a bunch of excuses for Kathy. He said she was too embarrassed to call me back and apologize- lame! It felt as though I was being scripted. He offered to refund the $1500 for the extended warranty and said he would get back to me on refunding the diagnostics cost. I never did hear back from him. I left voice messages following up and was completely ghosted. I send Kathy multiple emails and calls of which she never responded. The warranty was refunded but in the end I was still out one-third the cost I was refunded in diagnostics! Not worth it. The whole thing still cost me $395! The worst part is feeling like I was ‘had’ by this company: the feeing of humiliation and deception. The first year and a half I owned my car I purchased from them I get great. That all changed when I went to use the service they insisted I needed, then when they were caught stopped responsiveness. I would not recommend doing business with this finance department. I strongly feel they are deceptive as a team. I’m sure they receive perks from selling extended warranties and have made the decision to lie and cheat as a team to gain those perks at the cost of the customer. That is evident from the ghosting and hiding.
