We were a little grumpy when we had our first visit to the store, and nobody was mean or bothered - which was nice. We still got great service and ended up renting some bikes. When we came back to pick up the bikes on the weekend the team was super kind and helpful - the bikes were also great. We also got locks, helmets, and a flat kit - they were included in the rental which I think is a nice touch. Returning the bikes was also very easy. Overall I would go back there and be happy to use them for my cycling related needs.

I had a great experience renting 2 road bikes from Bikes Palm Beach when I was down in Juno Beach for a week of vacation. We reserved the bikes and when we picked them up they had been checked over and they made sure we were setup with locks, small tool kit, tubes, patches as well as helmets. It was a pleasant surprise how smooth the process was and how nice everyone was at the store. I will definitely be renting from them again.

This is the only place to go for all your bike and triathlon needs! I travel 30 miles each way for their great service and technical expertise. And the owners are there, everyday—this is no chain bike store! Wanted a certain bike make and model and they had so many to choose from. Tracy rode various bikes side by side with me, swapping each other’s out til I determined which one to buy. So cheerful and no sales pitch whatsoever. Had a 45 minute, complimentary custom fitting with tons of measurements by Spencer. Two months later, I hit a concrete step and the frame broke! After determining it was too expensive to fix, owners Linda and George appealed to the bike manufacturer regarding a frame warranty on my behalf, unknown to me. I got a beautiful, brand new, 2022 bike frame out of it! They placed all my other bike parts back on, new fitting and away I went. Couldn’t ask for a more caring store than this. This is THE ONLY place to go!
