This campus sits within a quite community which is tortured daily by the speeding employs coming and going, the insanely loud helicopters flying in and out just above our rooftops and just about every weekend there is an incredibly obnoxious noise permeating the peace for numerous hours (possibly a street sweeper cleaning the parking lots). This is the worst neighbor ever. Do better!!!

I worked for FPL for 3 years and finally had the guts to quit. My manager was the worst ever Jennifer Mendez and her personal assistant Michelle. They both are over the permitting team on Village blvd. I pray no one ever have to work in such a toxic environment with Jennifer M. Errica Hunter and Michelle T. They are the worst co workers ever. I don’t even want to begin to express what I went through when Jennifer got hired as Project Manager. How did she even get the job and didn’t know anything about permitting. FPL is such a horrible company to work for with no growth at all. I wouldn’t recommend working under Jennifer Mendez. I’m sorry she was horrible 🥹 I wish there were negative stars to give her.
