The first night has not started well. My 88 year old mother was transferred from the hospital today into the waterford. When she arrived about 5pm she asked for food and was told it was too late for dinner. Couldn't anyone have made a sandwich? My mom was forced to go to bed without eating. Not my idea of healthy living and healing. I tried to call to enquire and you cannot get anyone to answer the phone after 5pm. So if you or your loved one experience an issue or have a question, make sure it's during normal business hours. We will see how tomorrow goes...

I recently just joined the Waterford team 2 days ago and started my first day yesterday everyone made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had the let me know about all the benefits you can get from working there and the hr team made it easy for me to join and helped me with any concerns I had loved it!

Had my mom taken out of there after 1 day.i have never seen such a poorly run and uncaring staff(except for 2 nurses). My mom was neglected in her room overnight after many attempts to call for assistance with bedside pull cord and emergency cord in bathroom-after 2am. If you care about a loved one dont EVER take them there for rehab,you will be sorry.would leave negative 5 stars if i could. A shameful excuse for a senior rehab facility...

Please take this as a cautionary tale. My mother only got to enjoy the Waterford for three months. She fought tooth and nail against selling and leaving her home of 35 years. Once she had moved into The Waterford, she was angry with herself for not doing it sooner. The staff is excellent, not only during the time she was there but also in her death. She loved the food and she was not one to hide her feeling when it came bad meal. To those who don't want to leave their homes, I understand. Don't make the same mistake my mother did. I highly recommend The Waterford. Make the move.
