Such a wonderful place! The people that work here really care!

Glad to things improved, unfortunately when I was there not much in the way of counseling and learning aftercare. Some of my fellow group members did well. A lot of them not so well, still drinking and drugging. Found a place by a miracle May 2021, 15 months sober now, realize it wasn’t no real fault of Beach House, I just wasn’t ready to surrender and do the work, I do appreciate what I was able to retain.

I use to work for this company and yesterday I was fired due to the fact of a mistake that took place HR didn’t care about how I felt nor I couldn’t even defend my self as a human being I got treated as if I don’t matter the mistake I made wasn’t worth for them to take my job from me. They could’ve suspended me without pay🤷🏾‍♀️ but no they choose to be nasty to me I must say it was cruel thing to do I Suggest no one works for this company I also made plenty of complaints to my boss JEREMY Mayfield about the Female BHTS they are very disrespectful and Rude and he did nothing beach house has poor skills at TEAM WORK it’s not about growing together as 1 they are about MONEY & money only they don’t care about how they treat U as a person and as a human being

This place is great! The techs are incredibly understanding and kind, Especially Myra, Peaches, Emily, Korea, and Nicole! I wouldn’t have found sobriety without this place, and the detox process was smooth’ 10/10 recommend

Beach House was founded in 2016 so we were not around at all in 2014.

How much does the treatment cost

Peter And Jenn Dew | Oct 10, 2018
Beach House Center for Recovery | Oct 10, 2018

Because every client’s history of chemical dependency and clinical care needs can look different, the costs of residential treatment can also vary on an individual basis. Insurance may cover most or in some cases all of the cost of treatment at Beach House. One of our knowledgeable admissions counselors will go over your benefits with you in detail and help you understand what is and is not covered under your policy. They’ll acquaint you with our various affordable financing options. In some cases, where treatment at our center is not feasible because of insurance and/or other financial limitations, we’ll point you in the direction of other treatment options that can help. Our bottom line at Beach House is this: never should you or a loved one be deprived of a future free of addiction simply because you can’t afford treatment.

What kind of insurance do you take

Beach House Center for Recovery | Jun 11, 2022

Hi Ryan, we accept most major insurances! We'd be happy to discuss more, give us a call at (855) 903-2102 or we can call you if you'd prefer, just fill out a contact request here: https://www.beachhouserehabcenter.com/contact/

How does communication to loved one at the facility work? And is there a contact list you have to be on?

Brianna Byrne | Oct 9, 2021
Beach House Center for Recovery | Oct 9, 2021

We can only communicate to loved ones if a client signs a “Release of Information” – This ROI can either contain the approval to share all the details pertaining to a loved one, or it could have limitations that only allow us to confirm that they are in our program. Or, because they are adults, they could choose to not sign one at all. In that instance, the only message we will be able to communicate is that we cannot confirm or deny a client’s presence at Beach House. You can reach our front desk receptionist at 561.337.3200 x 2108 to inquire more.

Why has no one contacted me about all of my stolen property when I discharged? This place is terrible I highly recommend not seeking treatment here. I need someone to contact me ASAP about my items I did not receive back

Does the program place you in a appartment to live and you take a bus to some kind of class and let you do whatever you want to the rest of the day

Yogi Andrews | Oct 9, 2020
Beach House Center for Recovery | Oct 9, 2020

Hi Yogi! What you're describing is similar to an "Out-patient" level of care, though that's not exactly what we do here at Beach House. Out-patient is typically a "step down" - our clients will have been in our Residential, campus-based program for a few weeks, before moving on. The whole purpose of these transitions is to give someone intentional, focused attention in an all-inclusive environment, and then move on to learning more sober life skills in addition to daily treatment. Feel free to call us at 844-904-1415 and we can explain this further, if you'd like!

Is methadone an option for the detox part or is it strictly suboxone

Dine with JackJack | Oct 9, 2020
TLA | Oct 9, 2020

It is neither. It is abstinent based program with vivitrol as anti craving ootion.suboxone is generally used for detox from opiates.

Why was follow up care such a disaster? No psychiatrist, no appropriate support group, no therapist recommended, and no one to provide the 'shot' was an insurmountable challenge. Does this always happen?

Janice Mast | Oct 9, 2020
Karen Evans | Oct 9, 2020

My husband had the same experience. We were promised the world - and received NOTHING. We found a local outpatient program where he did amazing. I can't recommend this place to ANYONE!

Can you write people who are there?

John Isaacs | Oct 10, 2019
Beach House Center for Recovery | Oct 10, 2019

What insurance do you take thank you

Kelly Clark | Oct 10, 2019
David salzmann | Oct 10, 2019

I know they take blue cross and blue shield. But I would be very cautious about going there. They will milk your insurance for every dollar they can . A loved one of mine went there and they didn't make her participate in her recovery at all for 3 weeks. Allowed her to sleep all day. When she signed on they told her it was a 25 day program. Her councilor never took. Or responded to her loved ones calls. When I went to se her she wanted to leave and she bad to call the police to get her property from tbem.they attempted to get the police to force her to stay!

Beach House Center for Recovery | Oct 10, 2018

Hello Paulette, Beach House Center for Recovery has a number of payment options for those who need treatment but have no insurance. We offer flexible self-payment plans (in cases where there is no insurance coverage) that let clients pay in installments spread out over a period of time, rather than in one lump sum. We also accept a generous range of financing options, including credit cards, health care credit cards, personal loans and specialized loan services. Our bottom line at Beach House is this: never should you or a loved one be deprived of a future free of addiction simply because you can’t afford treatment. Please call our admissions counselors who can explain all of the payment options we have available at 855-926-2226. We look forward to speaking with you!
