The team was very busy setting up for Black Friday but still took the time to set my group up with rental surfboards and made sure we had correctly secured the boards to our car. I felt like they treated me above and beyond.

Really cool local shop that packs a lot into a small space, and a well-curated clothing selection with some of the most unique styles I've seen. I always find something every time I go in there. The staff is fun, super chill, and like to talk about surf culture. It shows that they're stoked about what they're into and it's not just a job. Yeah, you can probably find stuff cheaper online but that's true for EVERYTHING these days... Honestly, I would rather pay a little more and know that my money is going to my local neighbors that sponsor surf contests and holiday toy drives instead of the shareholder of some random fulfillment center. I am a director of the East Coast Surfing Association Palm Beach District. I want to thank Ground Swell Surf Shop for supporting our local surf contest and giving back to the surf community. Saturday 1/17/15 you supported about 65 families at this event. I also found that your selection of clothes is very good. I purchased a light weight hoody sweater and it has gotten lots of use. AMAZING customer service! I bought a Sector 9 "Lookout" on black friday and found out later that night that the board had a crack. I was upset, but the manager completely agreed to replace my board with a new one that is now on order. :) Fantastic store as well!
