Never too crowded and a great place to hang last summer or winter day. I would highly recommend this area and if you move slightly North on the beach dogs are a lot of the beach, it's one of the few areas of dogs are allowed. There's a Publix just a short walk away and the nearby park restrooms and recreation

Yes. Before renting anything, pay just to walk the pier and see what's biting.
If they are of legal size and in season. Check local laws at about any bait and tackle store. Good luck....
Yes the beach is open a d social distancing is required. This beach has many access points so you should find it easy to be able to create some distance from others.
The pier closes at 7p.m. from March-October due to sea turtle nesting season. In the off months we are open til midnight on weekends.
Yes, you will need a license, the pier manager wont ask you for one, but the game warden will. BUT if you a florida resident and youre fishing from land or a land based pier, that license is free, but you do have to have it. Your local Tag office or Walmarts sells them as do some tackle shops. Dont fish without one!

I doubt it but dog beach is within walking distance
Across the road there is public parking with showers and a bathroom.
Pier $1 to walk on $4 to fish. Beach and parking free.
After sea turtle nesting season we will be open earlier and later. Between Nov. 1 - Feb. 29 we will have our late hours.
Not by the Pier, but further down there is a pet section that is very nice and set up for pets.
1 Dolar to walk in and 4 for fishing, parking lot is free. You have to bring your own fishing pole and bait.
$ 15 plus bate
Nothing. Due to speculation of either red tide or blue green algae
Juno bait and Tackle or catch your own bait at the pier
Its about the fisher not the fishing , . Alot of Spanish macro and pompano last weekend.
No sharks can be landed on ANY pier in Florida, nor beaches when swimmers are present, Snook have a slot limit and season is not in, theres also a minimum size for barracudas. You need to read your regulation book for one, not knowing the laws will not stop them from citing you a ticket if you break one. Plus FWC patrols that pier every day. Frankly, if you dont know the regulations, you shouldnt be fishing.
$4 to fish, and I personally am not sure whether you can catch good jacks there
