Metro rebuilt the transmission on my F-150. I had originally taken it in to another shop locally and was given a very inflated quote by the other shop. The tow truck driver I used suggested I take a look at Metro Transmission. I called them as well as several other ships, and Metro had one of the more competitive quotes. I ended up going with them, and am so happy that I did. Their service was great, at a very fair price. The transmission rebuild was done in a day and a half, which was so helpful as I use my truck for work and was able to be back at it as soon as possible. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair, and I will definitely return in the future with any service needed on my truck or future vehicles.

I have been going to Metro for several years for my Jeep repairs. They are honest and do high quality work. Prices are fair and I prefer them to bringing it to the dealership. They go above and beyond to help however possible.

As a retired Master Certified ASE smog tech and a former Napa approved smog station owner of 20 years I have always been hesitant to let someone else work on my family’s vehicles. However once my kids moved away for college I couldn’t always perform their repairs. I found Metro Transmission online after looking at the credentials. I have used them now three times and have been very pleased with their experience, professionalism and cleanliness (I hate seeing grease marks on my car after a repair) it is very comforting to me that my kids can take their vehicles to a place I can trust that won’t take advantage of them financially and the repair will be performed correctly the first time. Hit a dip enterin Walmart in San Marcos broke ball joints right side, I was scared cuz I skid at least 30ft, so close to walkin Over to Hooters to calm my nerves with a special drink, but I couldn’t,shouldn’t, but thought bout it. Drifting offf, called my insurance and they said call these folks. I did, they did a great job. great customer service and support. I recommend em.

Not too sure what you are asking. Are you asking what our warranty is? Did we replace the front ball joints?
Don't know...you'd have to see the respective quotes and do a comparison between cost of parts and cost of labor...assuming their diagnosis of the problem is the same.... Need to ask if parts come from same source and maker? I have a good deal of work down on my truck there recently...some of it was corrective because of a mess up by another mechanic...and some of it was challenging repair, but Eric made things right....just like new. I.have several other friends who have had work done by Metro ...and havebeen very pleased with their repairs and service...but I would ask for a written detailed quotes from the respective shops between the two shops as I suggested to see if you are comparing apples to apples if you haven't received that. And is the work equally guaranteed by each shop?
