So I decided to try a new place and absolutely hated it. First walked in they didnt ask if i wanted a design (i did bc these are supposed to be for my late grandfathers bday). When i sat down i told them numerous times i wanted a new set and they said ok no problem, they filled my old set even though they said they will do a new set. And they never gave me the shape i asked for when he said he would do it. When they started filling they filed so deep it drew blood, and he filed under my nails with the drill and burnt my fingers. When i tried to speak up he became very rude and snipey towards me and didnt listen. The nails came out so streaky with many spots missing. The girl that was working the front desk and the other lady kept staring me down and giving me dirty looks for no reason. The best part of this experience is that he was vaping in there and tried to hide it. Bottom photos are the nails i left with and after the other set was filled and filed down.

I've been a couple times to get ANC done, and they've always done a good job. The environment is nice and clean, and the staff are nice too. Definitely recommend this place

This is my second time at this salon . First time had a great experience. However when in the second time running late , the treatment me and my friend received from one of the employees was very unprofessional. She was clearly upset and didn’t know how to treat a costumer . My friend was trying to explain her design and yet she was very upset and didn’t want to do it the way she asked . She did nails completely different from what she wanted and was very disrespectful along the way , my friend nicely asked to fix the nails because she went off the design and she started yelling at her . Overall I will not come again . Even if I was satisfied with my nails , in order to run a business you must be respectful and have good costumer service .
