Car was ready as promised at the repair shop and was easily returned. Only negative was the odor of cigarettes that took several days to dissipate.

Outrageous

I’ve been utilizing Enterprise for several years now and NEVER had any major issues. I’ve always received INCREDIBLY clean vehicles. Recently went to pick up a car and the first few offered to me were unclean and reeked of cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the representative, he appeared annoyed and confused as to what I was referring to (concerning). The final car that I was presented didn’t smell, due to the man’s disposition I just continued with the process. When I sat in the vehicle I looked around and noticed the car was unclean. I’m not sure who is in charge of cleaning these vehicles at this branch but there needs to be some serious improvements. This car was the cleanest out of the others that were being presented to me…ridiculous-🤢

The people I spoke with were polite and unfortunately the bearer of bad news which was my reservation could not be honored at the time I had been scheduled for. This was official business for New York State and left me scrambling fort another provide with an hour leeway. Someone did bring a car back and I was able to use it, but chances like this are not ones I can afford.
