Told me since I hadnt been there since 2019, that I’m considered a new patient and they arent booking new patients until October. What kind of place does that? There was a PANDEMIC and ive been going there since I was 8 years old and I’m 30. The lady was very rude and matter of fact. The last time I went there in 2019 they double charged me once in office and once via mail, and refused to refund me even though I showed up there with receipt proof. A full nightmare of an establishment- go elsewhere. Oh AND I went sent away by dr grant after waiting in her office with a rash she told me I needed to go to an emergency room, nonother help offered. I went to the emergency room in tears and all they did was prescribe antibiotics which she couldve done. My rash cleared in a day.

Gretchen Grant is knowledgeable but her attitude is horrendous. So much so that I would travel farther to see someone who is kind.

I'm going to repeat what many others have said, the hour long wait time is horrendous. I sat out in my car for more than an hour waiting to be called in.

Writing this review as I sit in the waiting room at 11:30 for my 10:30 appointment. Not professionally greeted at 10:20 when I showed with a smile and a bright good morning for the staff. Then made to wait outside for appt. Sat in car for 50 minutes just to get allowed in. When allowed back in, not much of a warm welcome either.I do not recommend coming here.
