I can’t recommend this place enough! We planned to stay for a month but due to personal circumstances, we only ended up staying for a couple days. Both Karen & Mike were wonderful to deal with! He even agreed to work with us as far as the deposit & payment goes. Super kind and understanding. They definitely go above & beyond for their campers. We plan to stay again for a weekend trip sometime soon!

Great value for money. We ended up staying here due to flooding near Philadelphia. We stayed in the lower end of the campsite next to a very small creek. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I don't know what the rent is using a lazy K Traylor it does have cable and you pay electric and you have to buy your own propane small dogs are allowed using your own trailer is $500 a month 480 dollars if paid by the 28th of the month in cash. It worked out well for us for the time we were there 6 months good staff office manager Kathy super very helpful and friendly
Yes it is I used to rent the old apartment from them and my mom and brother live in the campground year round Mike Kelsh is a very nice man and Karen who is his manager is very nice

YES you can but there are guide lines needed to follow. Call the office for details. There is a lower lot & the upper main lot with full hookup
Rent is $550/month and you must do month to month. They don’t do bulk month payment.
