Krings installed our Jotul nearly 4 years ago. Great wood stove and service. Called for cleaning but they're not able to provide that service right now. The Bechtelsville location is so nice to deal with, then and still today. Even the Kutztown location took the time at the end of the shift to call me back when I hung up and redialed my local store. We'll check back in next season!
