House was a nice size for a couple but just off of a dangerous highway and there is no traffic light which is concerning.

What's the deal regarding lot rent, property taxes, etc.? Your prices seem so reasonable. Figure there has to be taxes, something! Thank you.

Check the listing. There are taxes and land lease. You are not just buying a conventional home. This is a 55+ community.

What is HOA fee? I visited about 5 years ago. Do you have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths? I am retiring Nov , 2019. Want to see model homes weather permitting Dec.r-March. Want: screened in porch, sun-room, deck, garage, lots of light, am an artist.

You need to contact the office or a realtor. They will help you. HOA fees might vary. The one I saw was $474 per month.

Do the homes built in Spring Valley ever come up for resale? And can you give us a ballpark figure about the real estate tax estimate? We have brochures and have visited the village in the past.

I am looking, too, and I see a few resale. The taxes are shown on the write up for the home or talk with a realtor.

Why so vague about the lot fees and taxes? I'm in Florida and looking to move back to PA. We are senior citizens and would like some straight answers as to how much the lot fees are. Higest? Lowest? Taxes?

We were there yesterday looking...Houses range from 184,500 on up. This phase they are on are considered premium lots so there is a one time fee for the lot which varies. Monthly charge of five hundred and some along with monthly sewage fee on 106.00 plus utilities and your mortgage payment. Not too bad if you're selling a house and rolling that money over.Nice location. Close to many things. Looks like nothing will be move in ready until fall if then.
