This is a very nice facility, during open hours. If you stay past 11 PM, EVEN if your last load was in the washer before 10 PM, per their policy, the deafening SECURITY ALARM will sound when you walk near the motion sensor. I will admit, there are signs that ask you to leave promptly at 11 PM. However, I find this very aggressive to have this alarm active right at 11 PM, and a mismatch from “last washer load at 10 PM.” It is an accepted logic of laundromats that in washing your clothes, you will then dry them. Last wash should realistically be at 9 PM/9:15 PM, as many of the washers run for ~45 minutes. VERY disappointed and now I need to find another laundromat that accommodates shift workers. I may also need to get my hearing checked!

The attendant was super helpful and kind. And the other customers were helpful as well

I use number 43 as a $9 cycle it took my money off my card and started spinning and when I came back all my clothes were dry they said put nine more dollars in and still stinky. Called three times left a message. I got refunded. I also was not using the machine properly hence the malfunction.... It took 9 weeks or so for my refund....
