I LIVE near this place and absolutely LOVE the fried okra. EVERY time I come here for fresh fried okra it's a disappointment!! (I left a review to this effect a while back) I started going to the church's chicken on Colfax and they ALWAYS hook a sister up with FRESH FRIED OKRA as requested. (After all, I am a PAYING customer) this is NOT the case at the FEDERAL location. I went in this evening through drive through where a young lady Anna, approached the window with a 3rd full bag of okra all frozen together and said is this ok? It will be really brown (burnt) and mushy? Of course I said no and a disagreement ensued. She then called her manager who apologized (rudely) and said that there freezer went out and everything is this way(excuse me?) What a JOKE. Will complain to corporate tomorrow. Just wanted that traditional fried okra. Sadly it doesn't seem I'll be getting it here.. EVER.

They ripped me off. I asked for a 3 piece, with and extra side and 2 jalapenos and some how I got charged for 4 and it costed me $15. I 3 piece by itself is like 7 bucks

Server was very nice and helpful. Food was pretty good. The workers were sitting at the biggest table. Only 4 tables in the place. Another worker was sitting at another big table. Im unable to sit high top. The workers should not be sitting at the tables that are for the customers
