I should’ve gone first to try out before I got a membership woops. The side wall spinners didn’t even touch my car at all. I am very upset and specifically I know how car wash motions work when touching the car because I literally wash thousands of cars everyday in a car was at AVIS/ BUDGET rental area. So even the car wash at my work is better than this place for getting cars cleaned in one go. I did enjoy the moist towels as it was a surprise to me and was very helpful as usually I have leather that needs a deep cleans Please fix your CAR WASH SIDE WALL CLEANERS and have them actually touch the car thank you

I think this place has really gone downhill. I was a member since it opened but cancelled my membership. I went a few days ago thinking about renewing my membership, after my experience with the vacuum's I decided not to. The spot I pulled into had one vacuum hose on the floor and the other barely has any suction. As I looked around I noticed a few vacuum hoses on the ground. I moved to a different spot and one of the hoses was not working at all, and the other had very little suction again. I also noticed most of the towels were dry. The nozzle for the tire air also doesn't fit my car. Very unsatisfied with this place.

UPDATE: I have canceled my membership because (after some huge accident there) they now press a button that keeps the spinning side washers from even touching my car. My car is still dirty after it gets out of the wash, until I wash it by hand with the towels. The people are still nice, thankfully. From the first time I used this wash, I have had nothing but great service. As a member, I come pretty often. I stopped going to a car wash up the street, where I also had a membership, because of how creepy an employee was to me. I was so happy to have an alternative, AND it is much better! The moist towels are so perfect to give your windows a spot free look, and I like to use them on my Jeep’s fenders and backup camera. The vacuums are flat and angled, so it’s easy to get under my seats. I like the air gun after I take my car off-road, because dust gets into all the cracks. I haven’t seen a water sprayer, though. I am not sure if they have that. My floor mats are molded and can’t be put into the mat washing machine they have, so I would like to use a sprayer. Overall, I really love this place, especially the people. They are very helpful and professional.

UPDATE EDIT: after finally getting ahold of someone, they refunded me the cost of the last month that I stopped using the car wash. They said they had experienced a big growth recently and we’re short on admin staffing. After that nice gesture, I’ll increase it to 3 stars! Worst canceling experience ever. I’ve now tried to cancel my membership 3 times on their website and when I’ve called no one answers. Feels like a huge scam and I might need to just cancel my credit card, huge hassle. I would normally just go into a location and cancel it but I moved from Colorado so my options are limited. The car wash is fine and very convenient. But they need extreme help with customer service.
