Got horrible service, I had asked for a number 2 and a number 3 but I had asked for a muffin substitute on the number 3 and the lady said it was possible. Get to the window, they completely forgot my number 2 and they gave me a regular biscuit sandwich and instead of the meal she charged me separately for each item, and she also charged me for the muffin substitute but still got a biscuit anyways

Ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken breast meal with sweet tea. The food was delicious, the service was great, the facility was clean and maintained. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Handicap accessible entrance and parking. Menu selection was good, something for everyone. Highly recommended. Have yet to stop at a Chick-fil-A that wasn't excellent.

I ordered a market salad. No feta cheese, no salad dressing, 2 small pieces of strawberry and maybe 3 blue berries, small and hard with romaine lettuce. 10 plus dollars. This used to be a great store, they made great salads, but the last 3 times it has been bad. Not sure why.

I understand customer service is a hit or miss since COVID but my god this was the worst customer service Ive gotten at a Chick-Fil A ever. We repeated our order 3 times and when we go to the window the shake had whip cream on it. Which is stated no whip cream not once but 3 times. Then you have a sticker that says no pickles and as you can see there are pickles on the sandwich. Ordered a large sunjoy with sweet tea (which it was unsweet) and then a medium lemonade and as you can see that was switched also
