Just discovered this place AND IT IS AMAZING. This is the best meal I've had in a long time. I got the pork curry and tea leaf salad (the "sampler") and everything has incredible flavor and is cooked perfectly. Hidden jem! Go give them your business right now.

This place has Amazing food. I got the Shan Noodles(dry noodles with a side of broth, tasted awesome) and their Samosas (which came with such an interesting sauce, loved). The restaurant is hidden in a culture center. The front door is locked, and you have to go around back to get in. There’s a parking lot in the back.

Hidden in a little cultural shopping center. Urban Burma is a gem. The food was delicious and very authentic. We had the tea leaf salad and pork curry. Definitely recommend the curry with extra spiciness. Everything came hot and ready with amazing flavors.

I tried a new cuisine today. The flavors were amazing and different even though I'd been to that part of the world. I ordered based on the reviews I'd read. The lemony flavored noodle dish was very good, as was the tea leaf salad. The owners were super nice, especially the man who brought out my meal. I docked a star for two reasons.. The chairs are metal and not comfortable. (I opted to not sit at the couch, namely because their young child was playing there.) And, I would have loved to get a half order of the salad, one: to save a little on cost, and two: I had no idea if I'd like it or not. It was too much food and more than I usually try to spend at lunch. I'm uncertain if I'll return to eat here, but it's worth mentioning that the setting is rather like a community center with shops and other food stands and services. Score on the new find.. The market was very cool!

We follow all the recommended health guidelines. Cleaning between customers. Washing hands often to avoid cross contamination. And keeping surfaces sanitized.
Tea leaf salad is also unique and worth a try!
This place is AMAZING. Food is not hot at all, although they have sauces you can add to make it spicier if needed. The food is very flavorful - think pad Thai and pho got together and made what I think is the best dish, Shan Noodles. They've only been open a few months and I've been probably 6 times. They have 5 stars on Google/Yelp because it's amazing. Service can be slightly slower when busy, but it's being made fresh and home-style.
