In the last month about 3 different days they have not open the gym on time . Very frustrating

24 Hour Fitness wants your money but has little interest in doing something for it. I definitely agree the Chambers location in Aurora, CO lacks cleaning. I mean that anytime you go there the floors need sweeping and mopping, toilets and urinals are peed on and toilet tissue/paper towel bits on the floor. Members have a responsibility to maintain their club, but it has to begin with regular cleaning by the staff. The machines are not maintained and are operative for months. Two machines, The Leg Adductor/Abductor and the seated Squat Bench Press are prime examples. I pointed out to management that machines needed to done. That was two months after and the machines were supposed to been fixed. They are not fixed as of this writing. Plenty of people are working the front entrance to ensure only members enter but no team member to clean. People have a affordable alternative: VASA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Prestige Fitness, etc. Please get it together.

DO NOT BRING VALUABLES TO THIS GYM OR LEAVE THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE!!!! I've been going to this gym for two months now, and in the past month I've had my truck windows smashed in and everything robbed and my locker broken into and credit cards maxed out. Two separate occasions. And apparently it happens all the time there.
