Beautiful state of the art facility. Plenty of equipment and classes to accommodate a couple hundred but then off peak hours are private and perfect for my workout where I don't have to be anxious around crowds. They definitely need to increase their staff and increase facility cleanliness. It's not 24hr fitness grimy but it needs increased upkeep and cleaning/sanitizing of machines and locker rooms. It would help if they had sanitizing wipes around the gym for people to clean off their own machines once use is complete. It's cheaper buying wipes than hiring a janitor to clean hourly. So far so good.

This place is horrible. I made a appointment with a trainer that didn't show twice so I gave it a third chance. When I came in I told them I was there and they said she would be right with Mr. Well she wasn't instead sitting and talking to the male workers was more important. I went ro the counter again and asked if I could see a manager and was very rudely told I would have to come back. I did go back the next day to cancel and as of today about three months later they still haven't canceled and won't until I pay 114.00 first. DONT GO Here The photo is of the trainer hanging out chating while I waited and then finally left after twenty minutes

I love this gym and I go frequently. They have so many different types of workout equipment, and a theater workout room. The only down side is there seems to be quite a few people who have tried to break into the lockers by cutting the clasps. Make sure to keep a close eye on your stuff and don't bring anything inside that's too valuable, even if you have a lock.

Clean place as a gym, not as busy first thing in the morning. Parking could do better but I think it's mostly because of the food trucks across the parking lot.
