Absolutely the worst service, DO NOT EVER use UPS. My package was supposed to be picked up sometime between 10:30am and 9pm yesterday-per UPS instructions. Further instructions regarding my return that UPS was suppose to pick up stated "If UPS is unable to collect he package, they will leave the label and you can drop the package off at any UPS store location." NO ONE came. And now it is the end of the next day. I have contacted UPS three separate times today to try to get my package picked up. Each time they state that USP attempted to pick up the package yesterday and they will make another attempt today. First issue I have is that NO ONE came to "attempt" to pick up my package. I followed the instructions and was home ALL DAY from 10:30am -9pm, and I also have a camera out front, NO ONE came. Further, if indeed they did, why was a label not left, per their instructions!!!! Now feel like I am being held hostage by UPS as I can not leave my package on the front porch to be able to leave my house as if it gets stolen that will be on me. How do I get a package picked up as requested from UPS. I also took the package directly to UPS and was unable to ship it from there as I do no have a label; the driver will bring the label is what I have been told repeatedly. Further, I only have a certain about of time to return the package to get my money back. I did see how much it would cost for me to just return it myself to save the headache, close to $100.00, this is not okay.

There was a package a few years ago that had been inadvertently delivered somewhere other than my home. After contacting customer service, I had the package redelivered to the customer center and have had other packages delivered there. It's a safe way to know that I won't have to worry about porch pirates.

Worst service I ever had! My package has been lost but customer service people kept telling me that the parcel is still on the way! Very unprofessional and helpless employees!

Garbage company with even worse management There's a reason why the non management workers are union. Management lies and treats their workers like SLAVES!! FedEx all the way. Was told I could look for same employment in another state Relocated my family to another state. Just for them to tell me I have to start over at part time preload. Financing companies won't except part time employment. Moved my family for a better life in Texas, just to be homeless in search of full time employment. Thanks for nothing Ups! Trash!!
