We took our "old man" in for a hair cut and nail trim. He is 17 years old and has some problems standing for long periods of time. We came in to pick him up and the groomer was on the floor with Jack trimming his nails because it was more comfortable for Jack. They took great care for our old man and we will definitely be back.Thank you for your response. We try hard to keep our customers and their beloved pets comfortable.
