Came in with the intention to buy a new vehicle. They greeted us, showed us a vehicle we were interested and considered buying but as soon as we sat down to speak the customer service did a quick 180. Turned into the worst customer service, and made us feel humiliated and belittled. As a customer I want to be able to ask questions, negotiate and make a deal. This is not a possibility here. They get very offended and start to raise their voice at you. I’m pretty sure this is not how customer service at a dealership works. Luckily, we ended up at another nearby Toyota and got a much better deal on a new ‘22 Tundra! DO NOT waste your time by coming here. Customer service is NOT IT. You guys have got to do better! Also… their “market value” added costs on their vehicles right now is ridiculous. You can find it much more reasonable at any nearby dealer. I recommend going to Kendall Toyota - their prices on the exact same vehicles are much more reasonable than they are at this location.
