Beware! I’ve been banking with them for years. I guess they changed some of their banking policy but when I opened an account for my small business, the bank manager advised that I use a personal banking account until the business grows. Unfortunately we did hit Covid and things got a little crazy. But 2021 I was making a come back! My business included dropshipping and sometime when an order would come it it would be automatically fulfilled. Sometimes it would take a few mins for the payment to deposit, however the item would be purchased. Sometimes several items would come out at one time, overdrawing the account. But the deposit would be there, just pending. That is a $35 charge. If the money isn’t settled in the account each item that was purchased would get a $35 fee! So in one day they would charge me $90 for 3 items that debited the account. The deposit is there but when it finally settles, it’s eaten up by fees. So all year I’m going back and forth about not allowing items to be purchased automatically if the funds aren’t settled. Please put overdraft protection on my account. I had to have gone thru this at least 4 times over the year, yet they still kept allowing the account to overdraft. By the end of the year, I have paid over $2000 in fees!! When I went into the branch very upset, and wanting my money back, I threatened to close the account after funds that were being deposited settled the next day. Well, the bank assistant, caught an attitude about this matter even after seeing and knowing this terrible thing was happening ruining my first year of open business. She decided on her own to just close my account without funds settling stealing about $1000 between deposits and fees. No one would help. Because she actually closed the account I couldn’t even get my money back. I am a black woman owned business. I was not yelling or disrespectful in any way. They just didn’t care about me. I feel robbed and disappointed. I’ve struggled to stay afloat ever since. Thanks but no thanks TD Bank in Palmer. Very disappointed and will never bank there again.

“America’s Most Convenient Bank” but they don’t have a drive thru ATM?? “America’s Most Convenient Bank” and you can’t access the walk-in ATM after 5??

We trust this branch for many non profit organizations' banking needs, they never disappoint. I highly recommend any of the customer service reps from this branch. They are far more accommodating than any other bank.
