I grew up in this area and still amazed the 25th Street Shopping Center up the road and this strip mall continue to house multiple businesses throughout the decades but the Palmer Mall has multiple vacancies & Phillipsburg Mall closed completely awhile back. Hard to understand the circumstances, but happy to see when one business leaves, another one occupies it. Chalk it up to the property management team!

The dollar tree here always has awesome finds. Name brands are far and few between, but not at this dollar tree they have an array of name brand things. Love it!
