DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My wife and I went to Gunther to buy a Mazda CX-5. We went in once and had a decent experience. There was a car we really liked, but we needed to sell our car prior to purchasing the new one. Unfortunately, the car we liked sold quickly so we were back to square one. We went in again this evening having already sold our car and had a very different experience. First, they tried to sell us a car we were not interested in. Once they brought out the car we were there to look at they said it was not in our price range, they could not work with the price at all and refused to give us a bill of sale (paper with their best offer on the car). They told us they could not give us a bill of sale because another family was purchasing the vehicle. The seller drove away and didn't even tell us that he was not coming back out. We went back in to ask why we could not obtain the bill of sale because there was no one else looking at that car while we were there. The manager and his brother who was our salesperson were in the office together and when asked why we were left outside we were told "you're just going around collecting bill of sale papers, you can leave." So I confirmed that we were being left out front and treated rudely just because we wanted to compare offers with other dealerships. The manager told us "you didn't buy a car last time when I gave you one so you're not going to buy a car this time." Shocked, I responded that we had just sold her vehicle and would of bought the car today if we were treated respectfully. After that they finally printed the bill of sale and rudely told me to take it and leave. I left the paper there and advise anyone to not give those terrible people any business.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Gunther Mazda. The entire staff is pleasant and always willing to answer a question and get you what you need. The vehicles are reliable and basically maintain themselves. Today, I had a new service advisor, Sergio l, and he was amazing. He promised to get me out quickly, and that he did. Very very pleased with this dealership and their service!!!

Went in for an oil and filter change on my CX-9 and the service advisor recommended a tire rotation because my front tires were worn. I agreed and paid for the service once the vehicle was completed. A few hours upon returning home, I decided to take a look at the "rotated tires", to find out they were never rotated. After many attempts at reaching the dealership via phone, I was finally able to get in contact with my advisor and to make a long story short, no meaningful resolution was provided for the inconvenience that was caused. I now have to find a local service center to have my tires rotated when it should have already been done. Usually don't have a problem with this dealership to be fair, but I feel like nothing was really done to make it up to the customer.

Once again extremely impressed with our experience at Gunther Mazda. This is the second Mazda CX-9 we’ve leased from them. The price was exactly what Bobbie told us the lease would be; there were no surprises. Bill the salesman was honest and very professional. The finance gentleman made the signing of documents smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend this dealer to all our friends and family.

We paid $799 for the dealer fee, $299 for electronic filing ( which they ended up just not doing despite charging us for it), $173 for license and registration) and $20 third party tag fee ( we had to do all the titling and tags ourselves because they couldn't figure it out- but it only took us one phone call to the DMV to resolve the issue ourselves....). In the end we got a fair price on the vehicle, not really any cheaper or more expensive thsn anywhere else, but the sales staff displayed very low knowledge of their vehicles and the paperwork was an unnecessary nightmare (as stated, to the point we had to go direct with the DMV to do what the dealership was 'trying' to do).
