I originally came here looking for Supra. I called and Tammy answered and told me they had a brand new red one on the show floor as soon as you walk in. I drove there and saw it and immediately feel in love. Ronny Guevara was the salesman who came up to me and immediately started to help me. He showed me the Supra inside and out and answered any questions I had. I informed him that I was looking to trade in my Dodge Charger and he looked at the car, took down the info and appraised the vehicle. Once we came to terms we agreed he brought me to finance manager Jose Hernandez was also very helpful and did everything he could to get me into that brand new car with low interest and low money down. Ronny Guevara and Jose Hernandez were super helpful and the whole experience was great. I love the new Supra. Also, I even left a expensive pair of Gucci sunglasses in my old car that I traded in and he was able to retrieve them for me and hold them until I was able to come by and pick it up the next day. Very trustworthy and great experience. 10/10 highly recommend Toyota of Hollywood and their whole team. Only place I will go to from now on for cars.

After an awful experience at another Toyota location, I had no hope and went with my stepfather simply to see the vehicles available. Lazaro is the one who spoke with me initially on the phone and convinced me to give them a chance. The gentleman who helped us, Carlos Mejia, was absolutely amazing. He was diligent and did everything he could to get us a great deal. I walked out with my dream car thanks to him. They have an amazing team here. I am truly grateful.

Hello Mrs. Brizuela, I am sorry that you feel that way. Cars are either sold with a warranty or if sold "as is" depending on the year or mileage. The customer is offered for additional cost to buy a warranty.
