The professional team at German car depot is always a pleasure to work with. Their labor rates are less than a dealership but they're workers are experts. I totally trust them. This time I only had to replace my battery which is not easy to do on a Mercedes. Last time I did a second 2nd major tune up and they did it for half the price the dealership offered. They will give you a Quote and they will stick to it. They explained prices and they will listen ultimately to whatever you say without pressure. And both times they washed my car. The other great thing is that they know a lot of people around the area in case you need to do work but they don't do it.. like body work. They also use genuine parts of course. There's a reason they've been around for a long time...

Let’s face it, as a female it’s always difficult finding an honest and reliable mechanic. I’m not an expert in auto language nor do I care to DIY my own car repairs. However, I do want honesty and straightforward pricing when it comes Toby car problems. After being fleeced at the Dealer and another auto repair shop, I stumbled upon German Car Depot via Yelp. I was drawn by all the glowing reviews and prayed to the car gods that I would find “the one.” I was not disappointed!! The individuals at German Car Depot are respectful, honest, transparent and super friendly. As a female, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a reliable mechanic that can diagnose and fix my problem, while not having to sell my internal organs to pay for the service. I will definitely use them for all my car needs and highly recommend them!!

This guys are amazing. The best costumer service I’ve had, they helped, explained and suggested what my car needed and they got my car ready to go in no time. from the first time I talked to them to make an appointment through the whole car service everyone who works there were friendly and very helpful. Was looking for an honest, clean and knowledgeable place to take my 2002 BMW Z3.. first service was great. In the waiting room someone who comes up from Hialeah who wouldn’t go anywhere else.. Would i go back? Absolutely
