It is a good place for service. My advisor, Lisa, is straight forward and honest, which I really appreciate. The work is thorough, and the mechanic backed up his recommendation(s) with photos, which, again, I really appreciate. That kind of transparency is what makes me return. If I could say one thing that would be considered negative, it is that their service fees are high. However, 1, it is a dealer, 2, their work is guaranteed, 3, they use OEM parts only (which can absolutely make a difference in quality of a repair), 4, again, they are transparent in their suggestions (I love the use of photos), and 5, they send out service specials and discounts to people on their mailing list. I saved well over $100 on my service the other day, so that is pretty great! They also have a nice waiting room with complimentary coffee/tea/water and comfy chairs, as well as a parts department (shout out to the super friendly and helpful Spencer) that is also partly a gift shop with cards and books and other fun stuff.

I was able to get some lovely service from the west palm Lexus dealership. They were incredibly friendly and fast. They helped me get to an appointment on time and were very understanding in every single way. All the valet guys were so sweet. They have a puppy that keeps coming over from across the street and they all look out for the girl. They even bring the puppy back to its’ owners. I can tell they all are really good people and I trust them with my car.
