Place has its ups and downs. Bad cell service if you have tmobile, knock off internet/tv services. No air conditioning! But the location is hard to argue with. Close to gym, base, and food selections

This is the first apartment I've ever moved into alone and I have been loving it! What makes the biggest difference are the people that take care of the complex. Fran has been very helpful and you can tell she's always trying to make sure everything's taken care of if anything comes up. The complex itself is very clean and safe. I've only been living here for about 2 months and it's been very quiet as well. The cost is also very affordable and if I ever do plan to get a roommate, I'd move into the 2 bedroom here also.

Very Quiet & Peaceful environment...Good location near by the Naval Base area...
