As a new patient, I waited a month for my appointment. I had a meeting run late, I called to let them know I’d only be a few minutes behind schedule, and they made me reschedule. FOR A MONTH LATER. If me being a few minutes late interrupts the next appointment, how fast are they packing people through? How thoroughly can you actually do an eye exam? I’m going somewhere else.

The age is a complex answer that varies between kids. It has to do with wearing them responsibly, ability to take them in and out, prescription, and their attitude to want to wear them. Medicaid only pays for contacts in NE under certain circumstances covered under the guidelines, normally for high prescriptions.
