Manager was low hum seething and a bit reactive/dismissive. I guess he sometimes brings a lot of tension with him to work. I'm not too knocked out, but it's hard to shop there now.

I don't know. Call Tampa Hardware-Ace Hardware they are very helpful.
Do they have a decent inventory of color plants for potting, such as Lobelia, pansies, petunias, etc...? Thank you
