Employees are great but the systems they have to use are not. This is not a review of employees. There is always something wrong. Plan on spending a full day here especially if you have multiple employees. Always know who your base sponsor is by name and phone # before arriving because they need to know that info to find your paperwork and you will end up calling them. Always bring copies of your 5512’s fully filled out because they will probably need you to fill out another one if they cannot find yours. Call ahead days before and make sure they can find your paperwork. Most likely it isn’t readily available, this gives you time to find out where your paperwork is and get it re sent. Show up well before they open (0615) or you’ll be way behind in the line. The earlier the week the worse the line. If you can get your pass Thursday or Friday do it, do not wait until Monday. Do not send your employees in without good information. They will ask: What are you doing, what are your working hours, how long is your project, who is your base sponsor, do you need weekend access, will you be on call for emergencies. This is all information they need to know. All you physically need (assuming you submitted your paperwork to your sponsor properly) is your Government issued ID and your SS#
