Amazing resort. Loved how welcoming the staff was and attentive. They had over-booked our room but were able to get another. Room was spacious and updated. Definitely worth the price. And extremely close to Legoland. We will definitely use them next time we make a trip to Legoland. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was really clean. Check out was not until 12pm ! And the ease to checkout was great. Next time we will do valet parking since it’s closer to the rooms.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Front desk people were very helpful and nice. Ease of getting to places within the hotel (it was easy to get to restaurant, heated pool, and room. Negative: Did not find anything that I did not like for the one night I stayed.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were accommodating and amazing. The room was very clean and the perfect size for our family of five. I love how the Sheraton is right next door that gives you access to more restaurants and pool. We loved the view and all the beautiful greenery. I highly recommend especially if you're hitting up Legoland. It's walking distance.

This is a fantastic resort with a great location for relaxing, going to Legoland and it is close to Carlsbad village and Oceanside for great meals. Most importantly the staff is phenomenal! Before I arrived Hunter provided amazing service over the phone to accommodate a request. When I arrived Milli checked me in and she too was very helpful and professional! I travel often for work, and I am impressed when a hotel provides impeccable service, and Westin Carlsbad is definitely one of those hotels. During my 5 night stay Hunter went out of his way to provide fantastic customer service! I saw how he made every guest feel special. Thank you to the manager Dolores and her team for a great stay!
